History

Access Lifts & Ramps was started in 1991 by Mike and Deb Leary. The business that started out small has grown over the years and in early 2010 moved to its current headquarters at 1523 Mount Read Blvd in Rochester. This location is 7,000 square feet, making it the largest accessibility showroom in upstate New York. In 2016, Peter Bruu purchased Access Lifts and Ramps from the Leary’s. Peter is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard and an active member of the small business and not for profit community in Rochester.
